Yes. The HOA covers the maintenance costs for common areas, including the 24-hour guard gatehouse, streets, landscaping, and water features. The monthly HOA fee is $550 which includes high-speed internet, cable TV and trash pickup.

How many floor plans are there and what is included?

There are six new single-family luxury homes consisting of 3 different one- & two-story floorplans ranging from 2,848 to 3,385 SF. All homes feature spacious, well-designed living areas, including a great room with floor-to-ceiling disappearing sliding glass doors that open out to the pool area. Each home is fully landscaped including private pools, covered patios and features a unique cascading creek that runs behind the homes.

How many residences will be in the community?

At completion, the Stone Eagle development will have a total of 44 single family homes.

What is the tax rate for Desert Creek homes?

The tax rate is estimated at 1.25 % and there is approximately $2,000 per home in annual assessments.
